Did you ever reset all Sims with resetsim * ?
Updating a post is usually not a good idea cause I don't think anyone is going back in a thread. If you have something to add after I answered, quote your old post in a new post and add the extra info.

@AlleyRosejoy: That is an older issue. The problem is that the LTW still just counts the number of recipes you need. Since we've gotten a lot more recipes with the EPs, it's much easier to finish the LTW.
