Island Paradise on Sim 3 world Missing.
I recently uninstalled all of my Sim 3 games because of some issues I was having. When reinstalling my games I noticed that my Island Paradise world didn't appeared. I went to my Sims 3 online account and its telling me that Island Paradise is not bought or not registered. I tried registering my game and it tells me that the code is invalid.
But I can't remember if I had the register code error when I first bought the pack.
When I reinstalled the Island Paradise I wasn't asked for the registration code, it went straight into installing.
I tried the code one last time on Origin and it tells me that code has already been used.
How is this possible if I bought the game new at BestBuy?
@jelly_pickle959 It's possible that you registered your IP code to another account. It's also possible that EA made a mistake somewhere along the line. Regardless, the only way to resolve this is to contact EA customer support. Only EA can actually look at your account and possibly fix the discrepancy, but it would probably take a call or realtime chat. Be sure to have any proof of purchase or ownership you can find on hand—the disc, its case and insert, a receipt, etc.—to show the person on the other end of the conversation.
Just a note, if you originally installed through disc, entering the code during the install process wouldn't have caused the pack to be registered to your account. So it's possible to have the entire game installed without EA having a record of it.
