Issue with Missing Late Night Expansion Pack in The Sims 3 Launcher

How did you update/redeem the serial number? I am stuck with this same problem and have tried everything!

    I fixed mine! It took a while, but what I did was:

    1. Clear cache in EA App
    2. Tried to repair game (did not fix the issue)
    3. Uninstalled Sims 3
    4. Checked the file location in ProgramFiles\EA Games to ensure no corrupt leftover files were there in The Sims 3 (if there were, DELETE)
    5. Reinstalled base game only, followed by a pack at a time (time consuming - but I installed late night first and it finally showed up in my Game Launcher and in game!)

     

    And voila - this worked for me and I was able to play with Late Night! Hopefully this works for you!

    same here!! I tried to find my serial number to redeem late night again in my ea account transaction history but late night is nowhere to be found! (try looking in your purchase history on the ea website)
    i own the addon and it says i own it on my account, but won't show on the sims 3 launcher just like OP's
