Issues loading purchased DLC Into Sims3/Logging in once in game

@anntraina  Where did you buy the packs that aren't loading?  If you used a third-party retailer, you might have received bad codes.  EA customer support doesn't always catch the problem.

For the in-game login, what happens when you try?  Is there a reason you need the login to work?  It doesn't serve much purpose—the game plays fine without it, so you'd only be missing out on certain online features like Simport or sending gifts to friends.
