i've downloaded the sims 3 dragon valley but it's not there

so i've bought the sims 3 dragon valley and i go to install it. i go through the process and it says it's installed but it isnt. so i google ways to fix it and it says use the website to redeem the ...

log into your the sims 3 account and check the purchase history to see if the world is there to downlaod and install once the world is installe dit should be in the main meue +new game to select the world to play in , you will stillplay from whatever game you normally play from
