keep getting old icon supernatural instead of late night and it won't open launcher

Have new mac and patch up date installed late night keep getting old icon for supernatural  and unknown error message

    It could be that your Supernatural disc is damaged. If you can get that EP to install then you could play by bypassing the launcher in order to avoid further wear on the DVD. If you can't get it installed then you may wish to consider registering your game codes with Origin and trying digital downloads.

Other message at start up>>>>   Unable to copy file/Users/main/applications/The Sims3.localized/The Sims3 Supernatural.app/Contents/Resources/Preferences/update_gamekeys.reg to'User/main/Library/Preferences/the Sims 3 Preferences/update_gamekeys.reg

ok so at least it's half solved for you 🙂 now i'll post this in the helpers corner to see if we can get some mac help for you ( i have no idea what time the mac helper will be online at but they will look and reply )

        All Disc Do I have do a reinstall, went to help page and I do not have a go in finder.  I am runing OS 10.8.5
