Keeps going back to register as new user

Ok, I can't even play the game. I log on just fine but it goes to a page asking to register as a new user. I fill the info in and hit sign up and it starts over. How do I get through this issue? I wa...

Could you tell us if you installed your game through Origin or using DVDs? Also, where is it asking you to register as a new user? (The game launcher, the game main menu, thesims3.com,...). If you could share a screenshot with us, that would be very helpful. 🙂
