Key does not work on Sims 3 website

@warmcappuccino If you've used the code on one site, it's not usable on any other EA site afterwards. All EA sites share the same information, so a code used in one location will be seen as already used everywhere else too.
If you sign into the Sims 3 site with your EA credentials, does the site think you own the game? Click My Page, then scroll down a bit and look on the left side:
Last time I checked it wasn't showing anything on the sims 3 website. But it's weird cuz my ea app kinda recognised my CD base game that I installed (this CD was pre owned so I couldn't register the key on the ea app). But in in the app, the game has that key code that I bought yesterday. So I'm not really sure which game is showing up there. It's a whole mess. Even though it has the key on the ea app, it still needs the cd to run. I'm confused and I don't really wanted to uninstall the game to check what's happening because it's so hard to make those cds work on Windows 10.
- I have installed base game, World Adventures and High End Loft.
- The only thing I have registered on sims 3 website is the High End Loft stuff pack.
- The EA App recognises only base game and the stuff pack, although when I launch the game through it, it opens the initialiser, and everything works fine, including the World Adventures. But I need the cd to make it work.
I don't know if people understand any of this.
i just wanted to like play "online", and add friends, switch presents and stuff...
@warmcappuccino It sounds like you bought the Sims 3 Starter Pack, which includes High-End Loft Stuff and Late Night. Do you own a disc copy of World Adventures, or did you buy that from EA as well? And are you saying that the EA App game library only shows that you own the base game and HELS, or are you looking somewhere else? At the very least, it should also show that you own LN, since that's part of the bundle you bought.
