lagg issues after installing The Sims 3: Island Paradise

just bought sims 3 paradise island and ever since i started to play it been getting realy bad lagg spikes every 30 seconds to the point where the game frezes up for a full 2 mins then starts to play like nothing happened not sure why its doint this thought it might be the laptop itself unable to handle the expantion any thoughts on how to fix this bug launcher is up to date origin is up to date .net is up to date

specs are:

AMD Radeon HD 7520G

4GB ram

AMD A6-4400m APU (2.7ghz)

pc

    My game was doing this before I installed island paradise. My game didn't start freezing until the last update was installed. My computer is more than capable of handling all the Sims. I got on today and as soon as I started my game it froze and I couldn't do anything. Its so frustrating!

    While your computer doesn't have a good graphics chip, it is kn own that the game has problems routing sims and the error causes the game to lag. Try the Nraas overwatch mod.

    is there a link to the mod ? and i know my video chip sucks thinkin about waitin till i get my pc
