I’ve just answered the last email sent to me by CS and I tried to point them back to this thread. It’s like talking to a wall. EA seem so determined to blame my computer and they ask again and again for systems information. It’s like an obsession with them.
I could speculate about how Apple might view EA persistently trying to blame a perfectly decent and well maintained iMac for the failure of their software…
Anyway, they must really love reading systems info and dxdiags! What they need to do is stop being distracted by this, wasting my time and theirs, and look to their own code instead.
