I found out that my mods should have been in the Documents folder and since they are moved there, everything works, including Overwatch!! :) Thanks so much for advising to install it.
Am I still supposed to get the "Launcher has stopped working" message?

The game worked fine for about 9 days. Now the clock stopped at around 7 AM. Life goes on, but the clock shows the same time. How could this be fixed?
