Hi 45rpm - sounds like your WA problems have gotten worse - did the mod help at all? I will try and send one of my Sims on vacation next time I play and see what happens - am leaving my main saved game alone for a while until I sort out what problems - if any - the last update brought (never had problems with WA except for excavating, of course and sometimes when my Sim first begins a trip, the game will freeze a couple times for a few seconds, no matter what the destination, then be fine the rest of the vacation).
I am starting to get the feeling that old saved games simply do not work with updates or add-ons like EP/SP's but having to start over with a new game every time is nonsense.
