Hi 45rpm - Twinbrook, right? Do you have Story Progression on? That might make them move out - I have it off. I have replaced almost all of the original townies in Sunset Valley with some from Bridgeport, like the vamps - have to watch them or they turn my
Sims into vampires and I have to go and do the cure, which is always touchy. Sometimes my Sims freeze for up to a minute before the cure actually works.
I also got rid of all the furniture in the unoccupied houses to stop the game from moving anyone in, thinking my town needed more people. I have about thirty families total and that's enough.
On week twelve and it's going okay.
Have you noticed any of the problems with inventory/body hair, etc.
that supposedly started with the patch? I read gems and stuff are
all screwed up but haven't had a chance to check.
(Sorry about your fingers and toes, I have a friend at work who has the same thing. It's only 10 degrees here this a.m. too, my furnace keeps coming on and my gas bill going higher but they say we're supposed to have a hot summer. Right, and EA will fix the Sims 3!)
