I have been playing for DAYS and when I moved, I hired a maid. Well I noticed that the house was still dirty, so I followed the maid (and butler). They went to the Park in Sunset Valley. Every NPC was there! ResetSim didn't work. I ran without custom content and without any mods...still a problem!
