Hi - this bit about the Sim's box going green seems to be new since Generations. Even when my Sims would go invisible, their picture remained in the box. Perhaps it's due to the game being prior to
Generations? (I don't have this EP so...)

You might need to start a completely new game not a saved version of the old one. (you could save a copy of your family to the bin
and place them in the new game later if things seem to be going
well).
