License limit exceeded (?) - The Sims 3

Question

I bought the game recently and since then I've been having trouble installing. I concluded the installation and did not show the "play" button, but the button to install. Again. I did this for days and when the "play" button finally appeared, clicking play, occurs several errors of "script". My PC is Windows 8 compatible and is powerful enough for the game, however, can not play, because it appears that the license limit has been exceeded. What should I do? Among the script errors, one of them is:

And that's just one of them. I can not play at all. Help me!
