Lifetime Rewards
On sims 3 can you delete a lifetime reward, if so? How you go by doing so?

Yes you can but funny thing you have to have lifetime rewards to change the lifetime reward you chose

you can buy a lifetime reward to change the traits if the sim and a reward to change the lifetime wish BUT the reward to change the lifetime wish will only work if the sim did not complete the lifetime wish for example the sim had the culinary librarian wish (learn 28 recipes ) and you did not complete then the lifetime wish can be changed
but on the other hand of you mean the rewards like steel bladder, long distance friend etc you need to use a cheat
ctrl+shift+c hit enter in the menu bar at the top of the screen type testingcheatsenabled true hit enter then hold shift click on the sim edit sim in CAS change the traits to random ones then back to the game all rewards will be gone too then hold shift click in the sim to enter CAS again to give the sim the traits they had I the first place back to game turn the cheat off ctrl+shift+c hit enter in the menu bar at the top of the screen type testingcheatsenabled false
BUT you don't get the points back you spent on those you have to build up the points again to buy the ones you want which is easy to do by fulfilling the wishes again
There is however, a way to get points by using this cheat, but you MUST enter the cheat in the main menu before continuing your game. Simply start your sims game and when at the main menu open the command prompt and enter the cheat "testingcheatsenabled true" , then when you select which save file you want to play on. Once the game has loaded select the sim you want to give the points to, go to the Lifetime Hapiness tab, then hold ctrl and click in the space between the actual number of points and the box where the rewards you purchased would be. You should get 500 points each click. You can get points fast by holding ctrl and using both mouse buttons to click in that spot.
what brandonld said but to add to what he said it won't work if your starting a new game you'll need to move the sims into a lot and save the game once they're moved in then back to the main menu then use the cheat
