I think this same about a SPIRAL STAIRS - I can't this place more near the walls, because Sim refuses use it. In one of my houses my sim used it going up the stairs, but he refuse then go down (with "routing" cloud).
And one fence from Showtime (this one with curved metal) isn't recolorable.

PS.: I have read, that this post isn't more mantained, but I don't know another post with original game content (not store content). :oops:
