List of Skill Challenges that reset or are bugged
I couldn't find any recent post / list of skill challenges that are reset to 0 when you export/travel with your sim, or are generally bugged. So I decided to create one here. These are the ones that I have found so far, if anyone knows of any that I am missing please post a reply and I will add them to this list. Also if anyone knows of ways to fix anything on this list please let us know too!
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
- Synthesized Challenge: RESETS. Because the amount of programmed recipes is reset to 0 on travel/export.
CHARISMA
- All Challenges: RESETS. Because the amount of known sims and sim interactions are reset to 0 on export.
COLLECTING
- Firefly Collector Challenge: BUGGED / RESETS. Doesn't register at all, and the amount of caught fireflies is reset to 0 on travel/export.
LASER RHYTHM A CON
- Laser Rhythm A Con Star Challenge: BUGGED. Impossible to get because opportunities finished after reaching level 10 don't count, as you will no longer receive skill points and therefore the remaining opportunities have 'none' as reward. Can be fixed with a mod.
- Lustrous Entertainer Legacy Statue: BUGGED. Very hard to get because sims in the present tend to ignore the instrument. Can be fixed with a mod.
NECTAR MAKING
- Mix Master challenge: RESETS. Travelling will reset number of different combinations if number of sims served is still listed as 0. Can be fixed by serving at least 1 sim before traveling.
RIDING
- Rider Of Legends Challenge: RESETS. Because the amount of won international show jumping matches is reset to 0 on travel/export.
