The short version is, completely get rid of OneDrive, including moving Documents back to the default location; or create a new, local, admin Windows account and play there.
Once you've sorted out the "serious error" issue, please let me know how the game runs with a clean user folder in place, no mods or custom content at all.
KarilynMonroe2 That link has some verifiably inaccurate information, specifically about the RAM use. It's bad info that's easily refuted, yet it's been around forever and somehow just won't die. I didn't look over the entire post, but anyone who's talking about making the game large-address aware can't be trusted to get anything else right.
