log in not working and registaring problems

Question

So the sims 3 websit will not let me log in, it doesnt say i entered the wrong pass word or anything it just goes away as soon as i enter in all my stuff and press ok. With that not working it also will not let me register sims 3 Dragon Valley. Any help? Ive been tring for days and would really like to play my new game. Im 100% sure i am entering in the right email and password.
