I am having the darnedest time trying to log into the sims3 store so that I can pull up my studio and other aspects of the community. I have tried on three separate occasions to reset my password and when I get the email I'm still confused......... HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.
If it still doesn't work, contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
