Lost all free items due to lack of unnactivity??

I haven't play The sims 3 game due that I am now a mommy of a 3 month little girl. I recieved the Sims season  and I intalled the game.. it wouldn't work the icon is missing when I downloaded Origin and also something went wrong and i had to delete all sims and had to re-install them back and when I tried to regain the free items from the Late night, World adventure and Ambitions, I can't! I already put down the code, months ago and I can't seem to have those free items back! I also had 1000 simoleons and it's all gone! How can I get them back?? ☹️
