Lost serial number and profile is gone.

So I lost the the booklet that had my serial number on it. So I decided to log onto my account and find the number, well aparently my accound doesn't exist. I put in my e-mail address and password and it said it was wrong. So it had me put my email in so that the password change would be sent to my mail box. It never sent. So I just made a new account with the same e-mail address. I don't know what to do now. I just want to play my game and I need to know how I can get the serial number for it again. Please help.
