@imd12cu Are you saying that the packs don't show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons? Are you signing into the same account, by email address and password, that you used in Origin and that you're still using on the Sims 3 site? Pleaes also list the packs you owned that aren't working.

I'm having the same issue as this user - spoke with EA live chat (still kind of am currently as I write this). They provided the following explanation about my missing expansions/the account that has redeemed my code not being the one I have used:
"For example let's say you had 3 EA Accounts, A, B & C. Suppose you purchased 9 expansion packs and you redeemed 3 packs on account on your PC. For Origin App, you would be able to see all the 9 packs registered/redeemed by you on 3 accounts as all them are registered on same PC. But for the EA App you will be able to see only the packs that you registered on the account you used to login. Supposed you logged in with account A and you will be able to see only the 3 packs you registered on that account not any other packs, similarly is for the rest of the accounts."
Not sure if this will help OP, but it hasn't helped me in the slightest considering all of my packs are also physically owned by me and were all redeemed (from what I recall) on my Origin account, however EA live chat support states that a disabled or deleted EA account had redeemed them, despite my recollection of never having a second EA account.
