@denizelifs Do you currently have the game installed, and was it most recently installed before the change happened? If so, you can dig the product key out of the registry. It'll be in one of these two locations:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sims(Steam)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Electronic ArtsSims(Steam)
I deleted the game before and hadn't played for a while. After a while of reinstalling I realized that the key was not there. By the way, I have linked my Steam and Origin account now. I just have to import The Sims 3 into Origin.

No :/ but I contacted with EA again and they said there is no way to transfer game Steam to Origin but I don’t know if it will work when i find the CD key. Thanks for helping.

@denizelifs The EA support rep is incorrect: it's always been possible to register a Steam copy of Sims 3 in Origin. Newer games don't transfer this way, but that's a different story.
If you contact EA support again and get the same answer, please let me know. That shouldn't happen.
