Okay, So.... I've been playing sims a lot and have quite a lot of Custom content but needless to say thats obviously not the problem. I've been in create a sim and my game would crash with the music ...

Well, you should have enough RAM. Your graphics chip is below specs but you shouldn't get the error you do because of it..
Can you try switch to windowed mode and check how much RAM the process ts3w.exe uses for you. Open the task manager while you're playing to check.
