Hi, thank you for your suggestion, but it did not help. I should have also probably mentioned that I tried to download some CAS content, but it still wasn't working, which means that probably no store content will work. I honestly don't know what to do now.
Thanks anyways.
@lynbotomy The answer is annoying but simple: rebuild your store content from scratch. Remove your existing game folder from Documents, launch the game to create a clean folder, and start installing your store stuff into that folder. Don't download or install more than about six items at a time—the launcher can't handle a lot of data at once. Worlds should be handled separately, not in a batch with anything else.
Once you've installed everything into your clean folder, you can move your saves and third-party cc (bundled into .dbc files in DCCache) into the new folder from the old one. If you want to keep households or lots you've made, those files are in your Library folder. Here's a list of everything in your game folder:

If you can't properly download and/or install even one store item, try a different browser. Chrome and Safari don't work well with the store, but I've never had any trouble with Firefox. You can also try clearing your browser caches; be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorites.
