Well, whenever I try to install CC or Store Content, my game doesn't do anything? It just opens this little plumbob icon on my doc (picture attached), but doesn't do anything. I am able to download and install with firefox, but the content doesn't show up in my game when I install with firefox. I've literally uninstalled and reinstalled my entire game and it's still doing this.
I have all EPs
I have a Mac

@lynbotomy I've merged this post with your previous thread, since this is about the same issue.
Have you removed your game folder from Documents and generated a new one? Actually, it's a good idea to do so again. And clear Firefox's cache, just to be thorough.
Try downloading and installing just one item with Firefox. If the launcher reads it as installed, load your game and check for it. If it's there, you can go ahead and install a few more items, and check again.
I'm not sure why content installed into a clean folder wouldn't show up in-game, unless your iCloud drive is enabled. Then maybe your content is getting uploaded to cloud storage after it's installed. You can turn off your iCloud drive entirely or disable automatic syncing. Here's a visual, in case it helps:

Once the store content is working, we can move on to custom content. But the mechanism is pretty much the same, so fixing one issue might fix the other as well.

Ah okay sorry didn't think about replying again lol.
Alas, the problem persists.I have removed the sims 3 file out of my documents several times, but Its not changing anything.
I tried to clear my caches & stuff on firefox but still, the same.
My iCloud didn't have my documents checked off, so that's not the issue.
I did however realize that whenever I double-click on the LuckyPalms.world file in InstalledWorlds, it opens up that little green icon again. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, though.
Thanks for your help so far! 🙂

@lynbotomy Even though your iCloud drive doesn't have any game folders in it, try disabling it anyway, just to be thorough. (You can reenable it later.) And instead of working with Lucky Palms, which is a large file to install, try a small item instead, like a hairstyle or an article of clothing. If you can get that one file to show up in-game, you know that you're installing correctly, and your game folder is working.
