Lucky Simoleon Casino Problem

So I have a two-part problem.

The Lucky Simoleon Casino is not in my purchase history in my sim page. I can download it fine from its set page and it does say I own it, but when I scroll down there are no check marks on the individual items in the set.  I can download, install and use the casino in-game just fine.

So this flows into my second problem. With the Complete Your Set feature, I should be able to get the Ante Up Compilation for free as most of the items in that compilation come from the Lucky Simoleon Casino. But it is not showing up for free, rather it is asking for 890 Simpoints. It is not giving me credit for items I own except for one. I have contacted Live Chat 3 separate times and they could not help me.
