@missmaryjane12 Please go into Applications > Utilities, open Keychain Access, search for sims , and delete anything with sims3 in its name. Then try again to login. This clears stored login info for the game, and it's the equivalent of clearing the cache for your system data, so do it as often as you want.
You may also need to delete the file in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads labeled [your email].bin, even if you have already.
where do i find utilities? I'm so lost please help me ☹️ I'm using EA the app on my mac

@amadb13 Utilities is a folder inside Applications. You can also search for Keychain Access.
@u7fsosndm1jl That's Disk Utility, which is an app, not a folder. Utilities is a folder inside Applications, and Keychain Access is an app inside that.
@puzzlezaddict I delete anything with sims3 in Keychain, my [email].bin in The Sims3 documents , and cache package. I still can't login my account😢
@u7fsosndm1jl If your password has special characters, please remove them. I don't actually know how the launcher handles characters that aren't from the Roman alphabet, but I do know it doesn't like ! and & and some others.
On the EA app on MAC? Or in my actual computer?
