@puzzlezaddict I delete anything with sims3 in Keychain, my [email].bin in The Sims3 documents , and cache package. I still can't login my account😢
@u7fsosndm1jl If your password has special characters, please remove them. I don't actually know how the launcher handles characters that aren't from the Roman alphabet, but I do know it doesn't like ! and & and some others.
- @puzzlezaddict well, my password is only alphabet. I have elimininated the possibiltiy of mispelling or upper case.
@u7fsosndm1jl I'm not sure what to tell you. It's worth trying in a new admin user account, just to see whether it makes a difference. And let me know if you use a third-party antivirus.
Aside from that, is there any content you can't use because the login doesn't work? The launcher itself doesn't require a login for anything important, and the login at the Main Menu is for features like SimPort and badges. The game itself should play normally without an active login.
@amadb13 The screenshot I posted is what you should see when you open Applications, then Utilities, on your computer. This has nothing to do with the EA App.

I didn't install antivirus on my laptop, but I installed a VPN software. And I deleted the VPN, but it still doesn't work.
I guess the game itself may be normal except I can't log in to my account.(btw I can login the EA app normally)
The email address and password are correct, but it shows null/ invalid email address and password.
I tried to reset the password, but the page is frozen.😢
