@puzzlezaddict I'm logged into the email address my EA account is as my Apple ID, and it's still not letting me, idk why. I'm using the new EA app for Mac also.
@blindsimmer18 The most common reason the launcher login doesn't work is that the email address or password contains special characters. So if you've used any of these, please change the password. You may also need to delete the file labeled [your email].bin in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads.
