[MAC] Downloaded content wont show up while playing island paradise

Before i downloaded island paradise all my custom content that i bought from the sims store worked fine, now it doesnt show up in buy mode while im playing.  i tried uninstaling the content and re-in...

What's your operating system ? Are you sure the run without custom content box isn't checked ?

i have a mac os x snow leopard and yes i have double checked that the play without custom content box is not checked.

        OK. Mac helper think this is not mac specific so let try something else.

        Did you do a complete renaming of the user folder yet ?

        Try resttetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/

        You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.
