[MAC] I Can´t Play My Game!!!

Question

I have trouble starting my game.I start it in the normal way, and it loads normal, I get to choose which family I'll play with. But just before loading is completed the game crashes.error message that comes up is:&nbsp;
Exception raised
Unhandled exception 0x80000003 at address 0x0058dbf6
Do you want to debug it ?&nbsp;

Doesn´t matter if I press yes or no, nothing happens.I have tried it several times, rebooted everything, with no result

I play through Origin on Mac

Hello. This error is due to a problem with custom content, or mods. Try removing any mods you may use, and disable custom content.

This is a very common error on Mac. It's often a result of memory problems with the game. Try resetting the RAM manually while playing. http://bluebellflora.com/resetting-ram-during-gameplay/
