Hello!
I can't exit sims 3 on my macbook. I installed it just now and I pressed play. The game then asked me if I wanted to update it I pressed no or later. My computer tells me the game is running but I can't access it. I can't shut my computer down either because the sims is running and I can't find a way to shut it down. Can you please help me?
This is what it looks like:
Click on the Apple icon, top left corner and then Force Quit. Select the game in the window that pops up then force quit it.
What Mac do you have? Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on More Info depending on what operating system you're running:
- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics
