(MAC) Sims 3 registration code installation problem

Hi

I tried to install the sims 3 on my mac through the origin. I read all istructions and I started the installation but when I pasted the registration code it looked like it didn't make anything (picture in a link). Have you any idea how to fix it?

I tried install the Career extension and there were everything OK.

    Hi

    Where did you get the code from? Is it from a disc box or a purchase that you made online? When you go into Origin, see if your games are already listed in there or whether you can use "redeam code". You should then be given the option to download those games.

    I have registration code in origin and I didn't have to reedem anything. Even, there was the instruction to copy this code and paste during the istalation.
