[MAC] THE SIMS 3 SUPERNATURAL DOES NOT WORK!

So i just got my sims 3 supernatural game, installed it, created a household and the supernatural stuff worked fine, but when i played with my household

all my sims are just normal!!! NO FAIRY WINGS NO VAMPIRE STUFF NOTHING!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :catsad::catsad:catsad:

Uh okay but i dont think its gonna help users but yeah
So i had the sims island paradise installed i reinstalled it, and yeah then it worked!

Oh and in CAS they do have wings and stuff.
i deleted cc and mods, deleted those things from the sims 3 folder NONE WORKS! HELPPP

Also i have a Dutch version of the game, does that make any sense??

please be patient we're users here just like you players helping players in our spare time also we live in different timezones so sometimes you or i could have just gotten online when the other helper is offline

what crin needs to know and is maybe waiting for is your OS information that is to say is your OS (operating system) is windows 7,windows 8.windows 8.1.windows XP or Mac and there are few different macs systems too OS lion,OS X etc
