Mac User - Sims 3 64 bit disappeared

Question

I played Sims 3 64-bit on Origin, but when I was forced to upgrade to EA App, it disappeared from my library. I have had two rounds with EA support. Both insisted that I had access to it on their end, but it's still not in my library.

But furthermore, I just don't understand this EA App. There's no search bar. I can't find any games I don't own, even the ones that are supposed to be available for Mac according to EA's web catalog.

What the heck is this thing, and why do I have to use it? Is there no way to go back to Origin?

Echoweaver&nbsp; Origin only works on older OSs (Mojave and earlier) that don't support the EA App.&nbsp; The App doesn't have a search bar because... I guess because it only supports two games, which you can buy on ea.com?&nbsp; So no need to search anything else?&nbsp; I'm not completely sure.
For the issue itself, please delete all the EA App files listed here:

Restart your computer and see whether Sims 3 shows up.&nbsp; If not, let me know.&nbsp; And please make sure the App itself is loading fully, for example you see the Sims 4 tile if you own that game.
