- A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: Empty cache for Origin, Uninstalled Origin (as per instructions IE: Clean uninstall) and reinstalled x2, Downloaded and installed super patcher for the sims 3. Spent 6 hours on this yesterday, troubleshooting with live chat.
Ursula: We added a workaround to the first post. Can you please try this?
