[MAC] Why am I having trouble downloading, installing, or launching Island Paradise on Mac?

We all love the sims 3 games and think they are amazin or we wouldnt have carried on to put up with all of the problems we've had. Personally I've had to uninstall and reinstall all of my games god knows how many times and have spent a lot of time trying to solve the  problems myself and waitin for the ongoing problems to be solved by EA. From reading the posts here you can see that we've all spent a lot of money to play the games today, only to find that they're not working. I spent quite a lot of money on Island paradise today and can't play it! I'm really annoyed but we just want an apology and some free hair styles or something EA (: <3
