- Any error message received: Disc Authorization Failure on title screen after loading the game.
- A detailed description of what is occurring: I have a lot of things going on wrong. On the screen where I choose the family I want to play it pops up that the disc isn't in the drive, when it is. Also the options when I do get into the Island Paradise world turn black with green text. I have been able to try and create a household twice but both times it freezes and the game no longer responds.
- A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I have uninstalled and reinstalled all my SPs and EPs. I have restarted my computer, I've taken the disc out and put back in. I also cleared out mods and had no ccs.
Ursula: This is a different issue than the one we are discussing here. I think you are trying a disc version of the game with a download version of an expansion. Please try un-installing the disc version and download and re-install it from the Origin client again. If that does not help, open another thread about it. Thanks.
