- A detailed description of what is occurring: I bought The Sims3 Supernatural & University Life expansion packs on June 30th as digital downloads for Mac. I downloaded and installed Supernatural through Origin and everything went fine, but when I tried to start the download for University Life I got the error message above. Supernatural launches and runs flawlessly but I am still unable to start the download for University Life.
- A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: Restarting, doing a manual uninstall/ re-install of Origin, uninstalling all custom content, patching and updating everything that could be patched or updated (all were up-to-date anyways).
Ursula: We added a workaround to the first post. Can you please try this?
