- A detailed description of what is occurring: I recently purchased the hard copy of The Sims 3 Plus Island Paradise. (I wanted an updated version of the The Sims 3 disk because my original disk is from 2009) While the Sims 3 downloaded perfectly fine, Island Paradise does not want to download at all. I put the disk in my computer then it spits it back out about 20 seconds later without showing up on my desktop. So I registered my product online so I could download it off origin but I keep recieving this error message and I am unable to install this expansion pack.
- A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I've uninstalled and reinstalled origin. I've logged out and back in of origin. I've tried multiple times with the disk but the disk still doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling all my expansion packs and it doesn't work. My game is updated to the most recent patch and I have no custom content installed. I've restarted my computer also.
Ursula: We added a workaround to the first post. Can you please try this?
