Expansions you have/have active: Ambitions, Diesel Stuff, Generations, High End Loft Stuff, Sweet Treats, Late Night, Master Suite, Outdoor Living, Seasons, Showtime, Supernatural, Town Life Stuff and World Adventures. I do have Pets but it is no longer showing up in my library, I also have University Life and Island Paradise, but neither of those two will download or install.
Any error message received: "We're sorry, an error occurred while trying to download your game. Please try again later. [65538:15000]
A detailed description of what is occurring: When I use the Origin download manager to try to download Sims 3 University Life and Island Paradise, I receive an error message that the games can not be downloaded. This has been ongoing for several days. I haven't been able to install Island Paradise and play it since it's launch last week. University Life was previously installed, and was functioning correctly until I had to remove everything for troubleshooting.
A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I have uninstalled all Sims 3 EP'S and SP's, and uninstalled Origin. I have then re-installed Origin and the EP's and SP's that I could download, and that were showing in my library. I have repeatedly uninstalled and -reinstalled Origin, all to no avail. My Sims 3 launcher has been manually patched to the latest version as it had a lot of issues updating.
Ursula: Please try all the other trouble-shooting steps explained in the first post.
