[MAC] Why am I having trouble downloading, installing, or launching Island Paradise on Mac?

• Expansions you have/have active: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Katy Perry's Sweet Treats, Supernatural, Seasons, 70's 80's & 90's Stuff, University
• Any error message received: None
• A detailed description of what is occurring: When I put the CD in, it's not reading it al all. My Mac still reads other CD's though. I've tried restarting the Mac, taking the CD in and out multiple times, and also opening the Sims3 program before putting the CD in.

Ursula: The issue we are talking about here is with the download version of the game. You should either get a replacement of your game disc or you can try to download the game from within your Origin client. You can get the Origin client here:
