- A detailed description of what is occurring: I am receiving the above error message when I attempt to install the game through the Origin client. I have tried multiple times.
- A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I have checked my game play with and without added content- the game runs fine both ways; I have deleted lingering files; turned off my firewall; cleared cache files; spoken to three different representatives who have given me different information; re-downloaded origin; restarted the computer
