[MAC] Why am I having trouble installing The Sims 3 on Mac?
I have purchased the Sims 3 via Origin app on my Mac. After downloading the digital copy i've tried installing it, after the first stage in which it asks you to copy the product code it just crashes. It basically shows me a long error report that will be sent to apple.
I've read so many Q&A and tried everything... Since the original thread has been closed, here is my info:

- Any error message received: The Sims installer has stopped
- A detailed description of what is occurring: crashes at installation
- A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I have tried downloading the patch, not knowing where the original Sims file is located so of course that didn't help, tried turning off all my security limitations so it won't block the installation, even tried downloading the fake IP address (the "Workaround" suggested at the original thread)- since that wasn't my problem, it didn't help either....
