    coolspear​ It does sound like you have a different EA account that these packs are currently registered to. Account recovery is not something we're able to help with on the forums, but live support can take another look with you and try to locate this second account. 

    You will have to provide enough information about this EA account in order for the live support team to help you get logged back in- if you're not able to verify proper ownership of the account, live support will not able to help you regain access to it. 

    As for the issues with your order history not loading, this can happen if you've made a large number of purchases from TheSims3.com, have you made a lot of purchases there?

Was all your Sims 3 DLC purchased directly through Origin? What's the exact error message you're seeing when you try to load your account's purchase history?

    Yes, all purchased via Origin. The message displayed on my EA account, when I select it to list "All" purchases, it attempts to retreive and load information, takes a while, but then finally says "there has been an error. Please refresh page and try again later."

    Many, many refreshes and many, many later attempts, all lead to same error message repeating. It cannot go back further than six months purchase history.

    God forbid I don't start having same issue with my eleven year Sims 4 purchase history, as that too does not display.

      coolspear​ Thanks for those details! And just to clarify- are these packs showing as unowned in your EA app game library?
