Keep on doing romantic actions. See otherwise, just to test, if you can go further with other sims in another save.

@GreatGirl2 it takes a while. Have you tried getting them to "x thinks y is extremely irresistible" and then selecting the option to go steady, engage, marry, etc?

@GreatGirl2 I'm not sure. I think it does, but the effect wears off really quickly. Simply start chatting normally and it'll sort itself out
